Note: Before proceeding, kindly send in a request to add Member Type "Staff".
Step 1: Navigate to Membership > Add New Member.
Step 2: Create a Member for the Staff and set the Member Type as Staff.
Step 3: Navigate to Masterfile > Category > Category Listing.
Step 4: Click on the Edit icon beside the Line / Department / Subcategories.
Note: If the Discount is set at Line only, the discount will be applied to all SKUs within its departments & subcategories. Set the Discount on Department / Subcategories if they do not follow the discount that has been set on the Line.
Step 5: Tick the appropriate branches to set the Staff Discount, tick All for the Discount to apply on All Branches, and fill in the Discount % that will be applied to the "Staff" Member Type.
Step 6: Tick the appropriate branches to set the Reward Points, and Fill in the Reward Point as 0 for the "Staff" Member Type if the Staff will not be receiving Member Points. (Similar to the Discount, tick on all to apply to all branches)
Step 7: Click on Save when completed.
