HOW TO UNLOCK A USER
The User's Profile will be locked when the User attempt to login more than 3 times with the Incorrect Password. Please refer to the steps below on how to unlock the User's Profile.
Step 1: Click on the Administrator > User > Update Profile.
Step 2: Select or Search the Username.
Step 3: Click on the Unlock button.
RESET PASSWORD BY SYSTEM ADMIN / PERSON IN-CHARGE
Note: Reset Passwords for Users via the Update Profile module can only be done by a System Admin.
Step 1: Click on the Administrator > User > Update Profile.
Step 2: Select or Search the Username.
Step 3: Key-in the Password and Retype Password fields with the User's new Password. (Retype Password must be the same as Password).
Step 4: Click on Update once completed.
