First you will need a Laptop or PC with a internet connection, download iTunes from here https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes , install iTunes
Connect your ipad to the laptop or PC via the standard Lightning cable
Start iTunes and it will then ask you to grant access to the iPad, please follow the on screen instruction
Click on the iPad icon
Click on the "Apps"/"File Sharing"
Select ARMS F&B / ARMS F&B GST
Scroll down the ARMS F&B Documents Window
Locate any files that end with .csv or .html, highlight them and press the delete button on your keyboard to delete them
