** The New Installer will backup any existing POS Folders, however, this feature is only available for Beta 313, Live 192, and after.
Step 1: Kindly send in a request for the ARMS® POS Installer file.
Step 2: After the download completes, double-click on the Installer (.exe) file.
Step 3: In the Window that appears, click on the "More Info" Text.
Step 4: Click on "Run Anyway".
Step 5: Click on the "Next" button.
Step 6: Please ensure that the "Backup" and "Program" components are ticked before clicking on the "Next" button.
Step 7: Select the desired Install Location and click on the "Next" button.
Step 8: Click on the "Install" button.
Step 9: Should the Installer find an ARMS POS Folder, It will take several minutes to backup the Old Folder. Once complete, the Installation will continue.
Step 10: Once the Installation is complete, click on the "Finish" button.
The following steps are required for Counter installations.
Step 11: In the Initial Setup Window that appears, insert the required installation details. Note that the Counter Status must be deleted in the Back-End before proceeding.
