To verify if there is any abnormal actions with your Cashier, you may refer to the following two Reports:

  1. Cashier Abnormal Behavior Report
  2. Audit Log


To access the Cashier Abnormal Behavior Report: 


STEP 1: Navigate to Front End > POS Report > Cashier > Cashier Abnormal Behavior Report, as per the Image below:




STEP 2: In the Report Page, insert the desired Time Period, Cashier, and Conditions to view. (Leave the conditions empty to view all the Actions the Cashier has done)




STEP 3: Once complete, click on "Show Report" to view the generated report.




To access the Audit Log:


STEP 1: Navigate to Front End > Audit Log, as per the Image below:




STEP 2: In the Report Page, insert the desired Counter, and Time Period.




STEP 3: Once complete, click on "Show Report" to view the generated report.
