Step 1: Login into the counter.
Step 2: Click on 
and find and select the 
icon, or click on "Shift + F12" on the keyboard to open the Local Settings.
Step 3: Adjust Printer Cutter Feed Lines.
Step 4: Once confirm click on 
and restart the counter.
Step 5: Perform a transaction in Training Mode to test print a receipt.
Important Note:
*Printer Cutter Feed Lines is based on the Receipt header which is set in the POS Settings.
*For thermal printer "Printer Cutter Feed Lines" default value is 3.
*For dot matrix printer "Printer Cutter Feed Lines" default value 5.
