How to resync masterfile in ARMS® POS counter Print

Step 1: Close the ARMS® POS program and Sync

Step 2: Open the ARMS POS folder.

*ARMS POS folder mostly store in C/D drive.

Step 3: Double click on setup2.bat to resync Masterfile.

Step 4: Please wait for the system to sync all data from the backend.

Step 5: Once complete, open and login to the Counter to verify if the data is up to date.

Step 1: Go to Desktop and right-click on your mouse button.

Step 2: Select the Applications menu and click on Resync Masterfile.

Step 3: Please wait a while, after the system finishes syncing down all data, repeat step 1.

Step 4: Select the Applications menu and click on ARMS(tm) POS to start the POS Counter
