Step 1: Login into the counter.

Step 2: Click on the 'Help' icon and select the 'Local Settings' icon, or click on 'Shift + F12' on the keyboard to open the Local Settings.

Step 3: Navigate to the Cust. Display tab.

Step 4: Select the Cust. Display Port as 'Dual Screen', and choose which Display Mode to use.

Step 5: For the Cust. Display X and Y values, kindly refer to your Device's Display settings.

Commonly when a secondary screen is connected, the Displays will be arranged as below Main Screen (Display 1) on the left, and Secondary Screen (Display 2) on the right. They'll also be aligned side by side with each other.

*Note: The Screen Resolution of the Secondary Screen should always be Lower or Equal to the Main Screen*

For the Example below, Main Screen Resolution is 1366 x 768. This means the Main Screen X value will be from 0 ~ 1366, and the Y value will be from 0 ~768. So the X value of the Secondary Display will be 1367 and onwards, Y will still start from 0 as they have the same starting point for the Y value. (Refer to the image below for reference.)

Step 6: In order for the Cust. Display to be shown on the Secondary Screen, the Cust. Display X value MUST be greater than the Main Screen's X value range.

As a continuation of the previous example, the Cust. Display X value should be 1367 or above and Y value should be 0.

Step 7: Once Completed Click on the Save Settings icon and Restart the POS Counter to apply the settings
