Cash Denomination

Cash Denomination is a tool for you to compare your physical money collected with the system recorded sales amount. The result from Cash Denomination is the variance (short or over) between sales and actual money in hand. Cash Denomination is performed during day-end, or when changing cashier.

in Cash Denomination, Float means the initial cash you put in when opening the counter.

Cash Advance

Cash Advance is for you to record any money in and out of the cash register. say you take away $300 from the cash on hand, you will enter $300 into cash advance.  At the end of day, you perform Cash Denomination, the $300 you take away earlier will not become "missing".
