Sales GL Account Code
This is a GL code, you obtain the account details from Sage 50 > Maintenance > GL Accounts > Profit & Loss Accounts > Sales
 
Customer Code
This is a debtors / customers which set in Sage 50 accounting system.
 
Credit Term Code
Displays the type of payment type used by the customer (Cash, Credit Card, Coupon, etc.). Payment entries can also be found in the General Ledger Account list

Account Payable (Purchase)
This is a GL code, you obtain the account details from Sage 50 > Maintenance > GL Accounts > Profit & Loss Accounts > Sales
 
Vendor Code
This is the creditors / suppliers, You can get from Sage 50 Masterfile
 
Purchase Tax
This is Current Assets GL Code, you obtain the account details from Sage 50 > Maintenance > GL Accounts > Balance Sheets Accounting > Current Assets
 


  1. Refer to the ARMS system user guide list below for instructions on how to export data.

  2. Login into Sage 50.

  3. Select Company and click on Open.

  4. Click Sales/Purchase from menu and select related module. For Sales, you only allow to use Sales Invoice.


  5. Click on Import button.

  6. Click on Next.

  7. Select file which export from ARMS system.


  8. Select CSV file date format with dd/MM/yyyy and CSV File Delimiter with ",".

  9. Once confirm click on Next.

  10. Double check and click on Next.

  11. Click on Next.

  12. Repeat Step 11.

  13. Repeat Step 12 and please wait a moment for import data.

  14. Click on Finish.
